Randy Thompson, Broker and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CENTURY 21 Masters and Orhan Tolu, an industry innovator, have partnered to form this dynamic merger. Orhan joins CENTURY 21 Masters as a co-owner, bringing his expertise in growth and strategy to the organization.

Thompson will continue as Broker, CEO, and Managing Partner, overseeing the strategic direction, vision, and operations of the organization.
